What is aromatherapy?
It is the application of the concentrated essential oils of flowers, tree barks and some aromatic herbs, which are gathered by the methods of steaming or distillation, to the techniques like massage, steam bath, location aromatization, with the aim of improving the person's physical, emotional and spiritual health. These essential oils' structure is so thin that, they are called volatile oils and they can easily be absorbed by the skin. As their chemical structures are very complex and their effective substances are in very high quantities, they have to be used with extreme care. The benefits in using essential oils are in two different dimensions: Psychological and physical. As floral essential oils are being used during aromatherapy massage, body absorbs the oils faster. So it effects the blood circulation earlier.
