Dr. Nevrüze CABAROVA

Nevrüze CABAROVA Dr. Nevruze Cabbarova was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and since 1992 she is working at various public and private hospitals of Turkey as a family physician and acupuncture specialist. She was graduated from Tashkent Medical Academy, and specialized on acupuncture also at the same academy. The origin of Dr. Neva's interest in acupuncture and reflexotherapy is in her family. Her mother Nermine Cabbarova is one of the leading acupuncture specialists of Uzbekistan. Dr. Neva is in our therapy room for acupuncture and reflexotherapy sessions.

With these sessions:
a) Stress Management: Intense stress causes some physiological symptoms that people could not interpret. These can start with heart flutter, air hunger, tension in muscles, pain in the back and neck, intense headache, nose bleeding, forgetfulness, loose of concentration, phobias and then provoke more serious illnesses. If the person is not aware of the fact that the reason of these is psychological, they may lead her/him to confusion. These symptoms may disappear if only the level of the anxiety decreases.

By acupuncture and reflexotherapy:

  • Through the meridians, the hormone centers of the brain are being stimulated, so endorphin and serotonin hormones are secreted. Endorphin and serotonin are the hormones that we call "the happiness hormones of the body".
  • Through the magnetic vibrations that are sent to the meridian points, the level of cortisol (stress hormone) can be balanced.

    b) Balancing Energy: Why is it important to balance the energy? To comprehend this, we must first understand the principles of acupuncture.

    Acupuncture:
This is a healing technique that was found first by Uygur Turks about 5.000 years ago and then used in China, subsequently practiced in the Western countries for about 100 years. Acupuncture is named as "zhen-jiu" in Chinese that means respectively heat and needle. In Western countries it was transformed into Latin "acus" (needle) and "puncture" (pierce). To understand the principle of acupuncture, it will be useful to be informed about the yin-yang approach, first.

Everything in our body is in an equilibrium that contains some opposites as in the nature; like day-night, hot-cold, black-white or masculine-feminine, humid-dry. These opposites also work with the same principles in our body as they do in nature. This is called the balance of Yin-Yang. Our body contains 12 double and 2 single meridians. These meridians are our energy channels. They can not be seen by the eye and they circulate the body from one end to the other. The thing that is passing through these channels, that are called meridians, is the energy of life. According to Chinese philosophy, the functional disorders in this system cause illnesses in the human body. The aim of acupuncture is, by stimulating the exact points, getting rid of the energy disorder, and bringing the energy back to its normal flow. This stimulation can be made by using needle, magnetotheraphy machine (reflexotherapy), or by fingers (acupressure and massage). In classic acupuncture tradition, golden and silver needles are applied on the meridian which causes the illness and the balance of that region's energy is restored. Today, stainless steel needles took the place of needles that were made from precious metals; however there is no difference in their effects.

Why should we keep our energy balanced? Why do we need healing through energy balance?
The working of our body completely depends on chemical reactions. As a result of this, an electrical power is produced. The disorders in this chemical and electrical system cause illnesses; or the disorders in our thoughts and lifestyle, damages this system and causes illnesses. Acupuncture and natural techniques restore the balance and help the body (that actually works according to a magnificent principle) to produce its own cure.

    What is reflexotherapy?
It is a method of therapy that works with the same principle with acupuncture, but instead of needles, a machine that sends magnetic signals to the meridians is being used. There is no pain or aching in this method.

    With reflexotherapy and acupuncture:

  • The instable parts in the Ying Yang balance are being diagnosed and the energy balance is being restored accordingly. The instable energy is the most important problem that causes all kinds of illnesses.
