You can return a product that you have bought in 8 days after you received it. Our general returns policy is as follows: The products that will be returned must be sent in their original boxes or parcels. The products that are used can not be returned. You have to send all the copies of the original invoice and a petition (letter) which includes the reason that you return the product.
If the invoice for the product was not prepared in the name of a person but a company, the company must also send a credit note with the name of itself. The credit note must be prepared according to the exact amount of the product, in other words the amount of the cargo must not be included.
Generally it takes 7-10 work days to complete the return process. After cutting the cost of cargo, refund will be transferred to a bank account in your name. Banking charges will be paid by you.
